1.Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Pawfect Designs

Scope and Contractual Partners
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") with Pawfect Designs, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") via the website. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these T&Cs in their current version.

2.Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order (non-binding online catalog). By clicking the "Buy" button, the Customer makes a binding purchase offer. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the offer through an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

3.Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the website include statutory VAT and generally include shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to change the shipping cost policy in the future. In such a case, any shipping costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

4.Payment Terms
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The Seller accepts the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, prepayment, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis.

5.Delivery and Shipping
The delivery time will be displayed to the Customer during the ordering process. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions, the Seller will inform the Customer promptly about the delay and its expected duration. Delivery is available within Austria and selected international countries.

6.Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. They may revoke the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision. The Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the order.

7.Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply. The Seller’s liability is limited to intentional misconduct and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

8.Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

9.Data Protection
The Seller collects, processes, and uses personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy available on the website.

10.Amendments to the T&Cs and Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The latest version of the T&Cs is available on the website. Contracts between the Seller and the Customer are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
