Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• You, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or multiple items delivered together.
• You, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You may use the withdrawal form template below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
